In the guidelines, we suggest that you might want to set up an anonymous e-mail account. One of the easiest ways to do this is to use Hotmail. Browse to www.hotmail.com and sign in as a new user. Besides the added security of not having your real name on the web, with Hotmail, all the mail can be read on the web in a browser. This keeps the files from being downloaded to your computer. This should keep most BPs out of your NonBP related e-mail.
If your BPSO is a real computer nerd, and highly paranoid, you might also consider flushing the cache on your browser after reading e-mail or web pages online. For help with erasing any record of having visited a particular web site, see http://www.maav.org/erase.html.
